About
The Chilmark Pond Association was created by an Act of Massachusetts in 1904 and is comprised of the owners of lowlands and meadows around Chilmark Pond. Our charge is to properly drain the Pond and to assess the expense of doing so back to the owners in the manner of a tax.
We hold an annual meeting every summer to elect the officers and commissioners and to do other business as needed.
